Gentle Yoga  9:30 AM  Online at ZOOM
Monday & Wednesday

This class includes gentle stretching, basic yoga asana (postures) and breath awareness.  Our emphasis is on safety and offering modifications to suit your needs.

All classes include an optional pranayama and meditation practice at the end bringing total class time to 90min.
