Online Zoom classes continue MWF 9:30 am Sign up on "Class Schedule" page
We are now officially moved out of the Broadway location. It was a sweet spot for many years and we have fond memories of classes, workshops, retreats, to draw strength from as move forward into 2021.
Let's take this opportunity to grow in new ways and allow your Yoga practice to evolve according to one's own needs. I'm finding myself moving towards a softer and more relaxed practice. Listening to what I need in any given moment and responding immediately, seems to work well for me.
You may be surprised where your practice leads you in the next few months (or has already led you this year).
Let's journey together and share our discoveries along the way. I miss you all so much but we can at least see and talk to each other via technology.

Create A Home Retreat
Let's think of these next weeks as an opportunity to create an at home retreat. Outline a daily schedule that includes things you might do on a regular retreat:
* Morning meditation
* Yoga practice
* Breakfast
* Walk outside
* Spiritual reading, creative art project, or hobby
* Lunch
* Nap, 20 min or more
* Walk / Yoga / Meditation
* Read or visit with friends via phone, text, email, or write a letter
* Light evening meal and enjoy a comforting beverage
* Avoid TV media (at least for one day)
This is just a start. I would love to add suggestions from anyone who wants to contribute. Just email me: nancy@bodyawarenessyoga.com
